“in the Old mill” is a restaurant situated in a saved from ruin and restored mill, finished c. 1890. The austere and beautiful architecture of the industrial building was adopted for a restaurant with three guest rooms.

The building is a legacy of European culture and is listed on a register of historic monuments of Lower Silesia.

A great deal of effort has gone preserve the authentic appearance and condition of this venerable monument. Inspired by the original one hundred-year-old pine beams that decorate the vaults of our rooms we made a bar from old black pine to supplement the interior. The furnishings and decoration were carefully selected to stylize the twenties (art nouveau). The unusually beautiful of old porcelain, coffee grinders, and irons completes the climate of the place. There are connected conference and banquet rooms that can hold up to 120 people on the first floor. The biggest room with the parquet floor made from red oak and well soundproofed gives you the unique acoustics and makes dance parties unforgettable.
